Things to do when you are excluded from your friends.

Friends come and friends go.. Isn't that the old saying? During your teenage years, you will gain and lose a number of people from your lives that you "think" are your friends. There will be times when your "friends" may not invite you places, like your social media posts, and everything in between. But what do you do when you are feeling excluded from your friends?.

It might help to break up your introduction into 2 or 3 main points, so it’s easy for your readers to follow. Each paragraph or two should focus on one point.

Three Things to Do When Excluded...

  1. Do NOT take it personal - Remember that each of us live in our own personal world and often times we are not always aware how our actions can affect others. Taking things personal can only lead to negative thoughts, feelings, and emotions, so don't do it!

  2. Do one things that you enjoy - Taking time to be your own best friend is crucial during this time. Something as simple as listening to music, dancing, eating your favorite snack, or even watching the movie you have seen 52 times can take your mind off of the unwanted feelings you may be having.

  3. Mediate - I know it sounds weird, but take a few moments to yourself and just breath! Close your eyes, and take 10-20 deep breaths. Visualize something peaceful that will bring calm to you. Just watch how must better you will feel afterwards.

Remember This...

You are your own best friend. You know everything about you. You are wonderful, caring, loving, and most importantly, you are made beautifully in the eyes of the Lord.
